A simple story about a complex development process. Learn how it all started and where Recludo is heading.
In the beginning of 2019 I was inspired to create an initial game concept. A video game designed to train your cognitive memory skills.
I started working on a minimalistic prototype version. It helped me evaluating the feeling of the gameplay.
After I had a first draft I wanted to add more complexity to the idea to make it overall more interesting and distinctive.
With the support of my community I got a lot of people interested in testing the Beta. They provided me with valuable feedback and new ideas.
By continually improving the software, adding new features, and fixing bugs I brought all the missing pieces together.
Recludo launched globally in early 2022 and is available in 175+ countries around the world. The game will receive new content in regular updates!
Recludo was founded and created in Vienna, Austria. As creator, I was lucky to share my vision early on with the most talented people in my social environment who continually helped me in the execution of the project.
